    We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • For errors made on the part of The Rusty Coo (payment received online for an item that we do not have due to inventory error), we will contact you to discuss refunding or exchanging the missing item. If it is to be refunded, this will be down within 24 hours of acknowledgement.

     

    • The item must be in the original packaging (if there was any).

     

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

     

    • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you can claim for a full refund if you are not satisfied with your item(s).

     

    Exchanges (if applicable)

     

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Or, in the terms of clothing, you have received the incorrect size.

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

     

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

     

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

     

    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

     

    Late or missing refunds

     

    I endeavour to refund amounts to the card the item was paid with in 24 hours of notification (in cases of refunds being due to out of stock items, I will process these within 24 hours of notifying the customer of the error, or contact them if there is a problem).

    If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it was damaged upon arrival, or II have sent out the incorrect item.

     

    Shipping costs are non-refundable (see above for exceptions)! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

     

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Ordering & Shipping

     Ordering

     

    Browse through the site to add wanted items to your 'basket'. When you are ready to checkout, you will be asked for your billing and delivery details.

    Once you've placed your order, The Rusty Coo will receive it and make a start on compiling your items ready to send*. This may take 1-2 working days, unless you have requested for clothing to be made (please allow 1 working week for handmade items, the postage time on top). If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will contact you through the Chat or Email functions on the site.

    If no communication is received, we will use your phone number to attempt to contact you again.

    Any refunds will be sent during this process.

    The order will then be ready for shipping.

     

    *Please note, honey products will be sent directly by the supplier, Rovie Farm. Allow up to 2 days for them to post your item(s). Please see product descriptions for contact details.

     

    Shipping

     

    The order will be packaged (and bubble wrapped, if necessary) in either new or re-used packaging, depending on the item. Then shipped via Royal Mail Click & Drop, 1st Class postal service.

    Please allow up to 5 working days to receive postal items, as we are based in the Highlands, there may be seasonal delays.

     

    Shipping is now a flat rate of £4.50.

    No charges will be incurred for any UK delivery postcodes.
